"My husband and I are renovating our spare room. 9 years ago we used Sherwin williams paint and LOVED it. The color, texture and coverage. There are no local stores near me. We bought Benjamin more hoping it would provide the same satisfaction. I was not happy. We ended up traveling one hour to the closest Sherwin Williams store and so glad we did. Luke Maslin assisted us. He helped us choose the right color, finish and paint. He was professional, friendly and just provided honest answers. "I have, so far, been unable to get paint in a particular sheen (eggshell.) The Oneonta store believes they can get it from a store in Albany but haven't called them yet to ask. So, while I was happy with the service in purchasing the paint they have in stock, I am a little frustrated with the lack of progress on this other paint."

Chris was friendly, approachable and willingly shared his knowledge, even going as far as to give us his number so we could call him the next day if we had any questions while working on our project. He didn’t rush us at all, answering every question posed, even though we walked in 15 minutes before closing and kept him there till 10 minutes after it. The information he gave us went a long way in helping us get the job done right. We will definitely be back soon!"
