"My experience with LL Flooring Riverhead can be summed up with one word... FAILURE... Truly one of the most unorganized and incompetent establishments I have had the displeasure of working with in over 20 years of Design, House Flipping, and Renovation. Nicole (the store manager) and her delivery team are the WORST at what they do, unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe my experience talking to this woman...That's when she actually answers the phone. Lies, deception, not answering calls, false delivery times/dates, sarcasm and complaints from drivers and staff all around. Many products we WERE able to finally have delivered came damaged and with a poor/pompous attitude from delivery drivers/crew. I cannot for the life of me understand how they have business, and I cannot stress enough how ANY other flooring company (or other LL Flooring location) would be a better option. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourselves a favor and stay FAR away...run don't walk..."

"Lately, I’ve felt like customer services appeared to be diminishing and on the brink of extinction, until I came upon the store manager of LL Flooring in Riverhead, NY. I called the store because I had not received any updates about my order and my installation date was approaching. Nicole answered my call right away. She went above and beyond to find my order and provide the service and product that I was anticipating. She found my order with just my name and phone number. She explained some mechanical issues that they were having with their warehouse equipment. That was obviously beyond her control, but she found a resolution and unburied my order so that it could be delivered within 24 hours. She was friendly, kind, courteous, and provided the most outstanding customer service. She could have easily blown me off with the failed equipment excuse. I highly recommend LL Flooring in Riverhead and wish that more people in customer service industries had Nicole’s work ethic. Thanks a bunch, Nicole. I appreciate all that you did to help me. For my product review, I could not be happier. This is my 3rd time ordering flooring from LL Flooring stores around the country. I've always chosen 7mm or 8mm Waterproof CoreLux Vinyl planking. The products are strong, durable, and holding up well against renter traffic & abuse."

They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. The store is also impressive and I liked the product layout of the various types of wood flooring being offered.
