"BE CAREFUL buying from here. I was billed $216 for a walking boot that they sell for $150 because I presented my insurance card. I hadn't met my insurance deductible and expected to pay the $150 price. They charged me $216. Other med supply places charge $120 for this same item."

"Got a cane from here. One of the stoppers on the bottom fell off. I called this place to try to get it fixed. Some guy comes to the phone, and tells me that "the rubber stoppers don't just fall off on their own" . Oh yes they do. So, as he told me it's $4.95 to replace the stomper, and implying that it's my fault that it fell off, I, as a grown adult , I will gladly take my business elsewhere. When you have a grown man at your place of business, who thinks that he can talk to another man , such as myself, as if I am a child, then not only are you now a superstar on google reviews, but I obviously encountered a grown child who never recieved etiquette, and ethics in the employee handbook ."
"This place is not accurate with their pricing information. I was told I would only have around a $35 copay for my daughter's boot, and ended up with a charge of $172. If I had known that, I would have bought one for way less on Amazon. Do your research before purchasing any medical supplies!"
