The staff is there basically waiting for you to express your wants and desires, knowledgeable about their product line, and willing to cater to special requests when they are able. I'm a big fan of the peach white balsamic vinegar, any of the citrus infused evoos (lime, lemon, blood orange), the pomegranate and strawberry balsamic vinegars, and the milanese gremolata infused evoo; you can get them in various size bottles as well."
