"I really did like this store. Until today I had purchased 2 necklaces one for myself and one for my niece. Within 2 weeks mine broke and I brought it back thinking I could get another one. However I was told that they could Not Exchange it and I would have to wait for them to contact the manufacturer. Since I live an hour away I chose to keep the broken necklace but this is a very bad policy and I think I should have been given a replacement and the manager Tara could have then argued with the manufacturer I will not be coming back and do not think I was treated fairly Terrible customer service."
