"Not my favorite UPS store by far! Needed a Notary, called them to confirm that the Notary was working. Phone system does not let you speak to a person so I drove there. Yup, you guessed it, the man said "our store does not have a notary on weekends". Called the Patchogue UPS store (all independently owned) they answered immediately and confirmed that they had a Notary, I went there and got it done fast! Goodbye Sayville store, I'm a Patchogue customer now!"
"After a rough day trying to find and use shippers at other locations, what a breath of fresh air/pleasure it was dealing with the: friendly, knowledgeable, professionals at the Sayville UPS Store! Specifically, Angela’s depth of experience really put my mind at ease as she worked through the shipping of my unusually shaped/weighted packages, destination and out of country payee of shipping fee. All handled with such enthusiasm and friendliness! As I was writing this, she even called to let me know that the packages were wrapped carefully with kid gloves and out the door faster than expected! Wow! Additionally, shout out to Collin whom I initially called there to see if they were up to the task, who was just as professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions in a friendly/reassuring manner! Thank you all for being so accommodating! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!"
"This UPS is charging high/ unreasonable rates. $30 for a small necklace that was won at an auction. Half that fee is for handling and dropping a necklace into a padded envelope. The shipment option isn't even 1 day. It's the most I've ever paid and the slowest option. Their business practices will hurt the business that the auction does since I won't be bidding for this auction again."
