"To whom it may concern I hope this message finds you well. My name is ___________ and I am a frequent customer at your store, shopping here at least four days a week. Additionally, I am an active member of the community, serving on the PTO for the local school's soccer, baseball, and football teams, and I am also a local realtor. I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing rude behavior I have experienced from one of your employees, an older woman with dark brown hair and glasses. Over the past year, her actions have consistently been unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. Despite previous discussions with her manager, Ed, about her conduct, the situation has not improved. Most recently, this employee refused to ring up my items, threw them to another cashier, and stated she would not serve me. This incident occurred after I inquired if she was the person repeatedly called over the intercom, as we were all waiting to be assisted. I value the convenience of your store and the community it serves, but this negative experience has been disheartening. I urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution. "Was in there this morning on line and said good morning to the cashier she asked me if I wanted a bag then proceeded to throw the bag to the end of the counter so I could bag my own stuff any way I said to her Don't work to hard you look exhausted she had the nerve to say to me well you look worse you look like you've been through the storm and back I was going to ask you if you were okay meanwhile the bags on her face were bigger than mine and all the makeup on her her face didn't cover up the fact that they were big black bags I had to leave quick before the real me came out unbelievable how you can actually even talk to a customer like that and had the nerve to talk about how I looked you're at work your clothes are dirty and you look like you hate your job unbelievable next time I go in there I'm going to say something to her and then I'm going to call corporate and let them know cuz it's not the first time she is a nasty cashier always has been"

"The regional or district manager named Melissa is absolutely ridiculous when ever she comes in the store she is always racially profiling and harassing her employees!!! I will not be going back to that store I will be going to a different location where I do not see this as much it's a shame"

"The store is trash as well as most of the customer base and staff. The staff are some of the laziest, trashiest humans I have ever interacted with. The store is always a mess and the staff will watch the line grow and just continue to walk in circles."
