"started out great, but ended up irritating. the first time my boyfriend and i went, the guy was very nice & personable - he told us that my boyfriends phone was good for a trade in, but he needed to wait a few weeks. i upgraded my phone and was told when i receive the new one, i could go to their store and give them the old phone to mail back. well when it was time to do that, the "manager" (who was in the store when we first visited) told my boyfriend his phone was not able to be traded in without an insurance claim on the screen (no cracks, no change in condition since the last visit) and that they aren't able to mail the phone back. when my boyfriend got frustrated, the "manager" was clearly trying to stifle her laughter, so he told her to have a good day & left. seems like no one communicates with one another there. a shame, because our first visit was very pleasant."
"Ivanka at the Shirley location is such a caring and thorough salesperson!! We were switching over from Verizon and went to the Costco in Holbrook ~ she was there temporarily while her home store was being renovated ~ lucky us!! She was with us through the entire switchover ~ she made sure we got our new phones and explained all of the T- Mobile perks!! She stayed on the phone with TM customer service when there was a glitch to make sure we received what was promised ~ she has followed up since to make sure that we love our new service~ Carmen & Asia are lucky to have her on their team!! Thank you thank you thank you Ivanka and well done T- Mobile on hiring people who truly want to help like Ivanka!!! I have sung her praises on her integrity & can do style, to family, coworkers & friends ~ the best"
"Nick at the Shirley T-Mobile store solved a 10 year old problem!! We live out of the country and have always had difficulty with obtaining cell service and keeping the same phone number. Nick at T-Mobile in Shirley solved our problem!! Thank you Nick!!!"
"They scammed me. I bought a prepaid cellphone at this store and they said everything was set up. I left the store and try to make a call, the message was: this number is not active. I went back to the store after a dentist appointment and waited 4 hours for them to try to activate the service. At the end they took back the phone saying it was impossible to activate it and charged me $57 for a phone that was nwver in service. SCAMMERS!!!"
