"Needed help finding a item.I asked a employee who was filling orders and directed me to customer service. Went to desk and employee checked for me and walked with me to try and find item.Then she got another employee to help me.Every employee was so helpful and nice. Excellent customer service."

"The customer service and experience has declined a lot over the years at the Islandia location. They always runs out of stock. There’s always a long line for the self service check out. Other locations seem more organized and customer oriented but not the Islandia location. I've lived here for 30 years and noticed that the poor quality, running out of products, and dirty parking lot started since they started accepting SNAP payments and a whole bunch of Spanish people from Central Islip and Islandia started shopping there."

"I went to do a delivery to this bjs and the lady that is as receiving is rude and nasty. I was outside waiting for another truck to move and she came out screaming at me and being nasty. even though she was no busy and ducks were empty she refused to take me in saying that she was no gonna take me before 11 am because that was the time she wants to do it and she said it like that in my face. I never said anything bad to this person. I was polite i said good morning and she don’t even said good morning back. All what she said was. Im not gonna take you now get out of here and don’t come back before 11 am. Really rude and unprofessiona."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was buying baby formula Friday night and wanted to use a rebate check from our Similac rewards program. The check was for $10 and unfortunately BJs requires manager approval. I waited on a line ten people deep with my one item and when I got to the register the cashier said there was no manager to approve the check. I told her to call one because how could there possibly not be a manager on duty. I was completely embarrassed and had to deal with the disgruntled customers behind me as I stood there as this cashier “searched” for a manager. The worst part is one employee at the front was texting on her phone instead of opening another register to help the lines! My embarrassment for holding up the line became too much and I signaled the cashier to return to the register ( all she did was walk to customer service and was talking to the worker there) and forget using the check and I left. This was almost a 10 minute long encounter without the time I spent waiting on the line to begin with. Completely ridiculous and their lack of customer service is terrible."
