"Associate 286885 I believe her name is Gene extremely rude and it seemed like she isn't happy to be working there or anything at all. She even started shaking her head at my disabled mother after she was having difficulties using the card reader unbelievable.Even her tone changed and even began to raise her voice at my mother which to this point I started to get agitated but bit my tongue. I will most definitely not be making a return to this store until she is either reprimanded or fired because this service is unbelievably unacceptable.!!!"

"I’m not one to write reviews, but this time I must. This complaint is about the young lady with the blonde curly hair who was at the register. A child was crying and yelling with his parents already try to calm her down. Seemed as though the child may have been autistic. The young lady rudely said ohhh myyyy god! As she was checking us out and the family with the child crying was right next to us. How embarrassing for the parents who already are stressed out trying to calm their child down. Clearly she doesn’t have children and has no empathy nor is she professional. I didn’t speak up at the moment because I didn’t want the parents to feel uncomfortable. Disgusting behavior."

"Never EVER going here again. I walked in and I had to wait for the sales people to stop gossiping and acknowledge me AT THE COUNTER. Sales Associate #286885 was so rude, upset at life apparently. I was doing an online exchange and after she gave me the receipt, I went to put it inside my wallet and asked, “Is there anything else you need from me?” She sighed angrily no and said, “there’s other people waiting.” THERE WAS ONE OTHER PERSON ON THE LINE! Mind you I had my toddler and baby in a carrier. I was moving as fast as I could. This is why I shop online."
