"I went into the store to purchase a sandwich. Only one register was working. I paid with my corporate business card. I asked for the receipt and the cashier started giving me an attitude because the receipt printer was not working for the only register that was used to ring me up. I attempted to be courteous and explain to her that I need my receipt since it's a corporate business card for my record or else I will get in trouble. She was very rude, discriminatory and showing an attitude. Maybe she didn't like my skin color and was unwilling to help. I even asked for the sale to be refunded since I was still in the store and did not leave the store yet. She would not even do a refund for the transaction. I left the store and left the sandwich that I bought on the counter and took a picture that I left the sandwich on the counter. I will be also doing a charge-back with American Express for this transaction. I will also file a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs department along with share my review and story with others on various review sites. This is unacceptable for an associate to treat a customer like this at this day and age. UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD."

"Horrible horrible..never again. Waited online 20 minutes (I didnt not to dump a soda. Its wasteful. So I waited). She did not put in my "card" in & charged me a ridiculous amount. She said "can't fix it now" before she even rang it. REALLY. I've made my last purchase there. Be nice to people who wait in line for 20 minutes"
