"First off, a huge THANK YOU to Danny, Chris, and the entire team at Royal Windows and Doors for the level of care, consideration, and time that they all put into making sure that the job was done right, that all of our questions were answered throughout the process, and that we were happy with every part of it. From the get-go, Danny went the extra mile to make sure that we understood all of the different options they had to offer, the differences in the manufacturing process and materials used that make their doors stronger and last longer than other typical fiberglass doors, and some of the other innovations they've made in improving the design. He also went so far as to mock up what installing our choice of door would look like on our home and came back with the owner to take additional measurements and to figure out how they could repair my existing entrance. The install went great. Chris and his team were very friendly, worked quickly, neatly, and thoroughly to make sure that the new doors not only were installed correctly, but fortified the entrance in an area where the floor beneath it was actually not well supported after removing the previous concrete footing from the old door. Working with Royal Windows and Doors was an all-around terrific experience. I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. We had a hard deadline for installing the door due to the scheduling of our siding replacement and they were able to get us the door on time - actually early!
