"The people over the phone were not helpful and lied to me about my prescription should be in the next day because when I call middle island they said there's a national shortage of it and walmart doesn't know when it will come in. So yaphank wasted my time when u could have just found another pharmacy. In fact middle island walmary guided me on a different script I could ask my dr for instead."

"Website states hours are 9-9. I walked up to counter at 1:29, the pharmacist looked at me then turned away. 20 seconds later the security gate closes. It was then I saw the sign stating they close for lunch 1:30-2."

"Honestly I would give this place a 10 star if I could, I'm telling you the service was quick! they answer phone calls not like some other pharmacies and your prescription is done right away no waiting time and they answer all your concerns..
