"I’ve been staying at the nearby hotel a couple days a week over the last few weeks and came across Bagel Boss. I order an iced coffee on my morning walk with my dog and the incredibly kind folks here always bring the coffee to the door for me. The egg white and spinach salad and the iced coffee are delicious and the team here is outstanding! I would be here daily if I lived nearby, highly recommend."

"Upon walking in, I went to the “Order here” sign in which there was a white big lady with clear glasses and a light bulb tattoo behind her arm, who was looking me up and down with a nasty face, I asked “how are you” to show my respect and I got no reply in return, her service was very terrible and her judgment was very unnecessary. Never had rude customer service like hers and I maybe thought it was because I was Hispanic but no. She treated all her customers like that with attitude and poor customer service."

". Decent egg sandwich on a bagel. Feels like a chain at this point. Service was ehh. I asked for a pumpernickel everything and got a plain pumpernickel. The area has a few other bagel spots that I would choose over this one as of now."
