"It's a store that sells returned product from stores, items are broken, missing parts, doesn't work,... you have to look at what you're buying, alot of the items are junk, you may find a diamond in the rough, between the quality and what's for sale, buyers beware"

"99% Junk Recently checked out E-PALLETS. They advertise "everything in the bin $20". But they pick out all the good items, and leave the cheap garbage in the bins, then charge $15 per item. As soon as you walk into the store, you can see an area with all the desirable items set aside. I even saw a guy at a computer on eBay, probably selling the good stuff. When you walk into the store, there are bins full of leftover junk. Around those bins are shelves with larger items, and they're priced high, even high for eBay! I saw a filter on the shelf, and it had a laughable $169 tag on it. They're asking more money than people selling on eBay. They also had video games, and other items that were all absurdly priced. Maybe their pallets are priced well. I have no idea. I just went to check out the store and see what they had in the bins. But anyplace that advertises bins like this, then cherry picks all the good stuff out isn't worth the time. There are a few other Amazon bin /deal stores on Long Island where you can actually find good/valuable items in the bins. So I would never go back to E-Pallets. Complete waste of time. There are a few of these stores around Long Island where people"

"Cheap Amazon's returned items at a very high price and non negotiating. Even some of new items are cheaper on amazon but expansive here as returned. Good marketing strategy but not suitable for buyers Once i visited the shop was closed but mentioned as open on Google I won't try it again."
