"I just had an upsetting experience here. We go here often but there seems to be a girl with an attitude there. They closed the coffee station early. One of the employees asked this girl if they could make a cup and she said no and I should go have the decaf thats there. Her attitude was horrendous. Then she started complaining how someone called out 2 hours ago and that's why it's closed and oh well. I told the guy ringing me up that I feel like I want to not purchase my items because of how rude she was. He just stood there. Literally stood there blank stared. It's sad. I'm Def not going here again for a long time. They used to be so nice and all knew my daughter and used to be so wonderful to her. This girl made me not want to go back."

"Usually stop in at night after work for a thing or two. Younger staff that usually don’t seem to give a shit…to be expected at 9-10pm before closing. I will say this; stopped in around noon and the middle aged guys taking my sandwhich orders were kind, not over the top, regular people who actually seemed to care. The sandwiches came out great and I think this will be my new BEC spot moving foward. Thanks for the good service."
