"This store has the most rude girls who get frustrated to help customers. They will speak Spanish thinking they r the only ones on earth or the store so when I heard them talking about a customer and that customer check them like I here u n understand u so I like to know why would there be a problem. They are there to work and do returns even if it’s ten time for one customer if they get annoyed cause they r returning items from same customer they really need a new career. I did not like how they treated the customer so I will not be going back to that store."

"I purchased two items yesterday morning didn't take the receipt ( wasn't planning on returning) I looked inside the bag today and sensor tag was attached to one of them. Came back to the store, by entrance sensors went off( did not go off when leaving the store after the purshase yesterday. One of the associates ran up to me, i showed her the item she demanded a receipt, without receipt she will not take it off . I showed her my card transaction of 2 items and told her to check the cameras. She gave me big attitude and was super rude as if its my fault i didnt notice the tag not being taking off and the sensors not going off. She took the bag took it off and walked off. I drove 20 minutes to get that tag taken off. She needs to take responsibility for her not doing the job instead of blaming costumers."

"Hello my name is Jessica and I am an African American young woman who recently went to your coram NY location the one on 264 middle country road, coram, ny, 11727 to be exact. And I usually love shopping here but this experience has left me with a bad experience. I had went to the register to check out with my items and the young lady behind the register was ringing my items when a Caucasian woman and her Caucasian boyfriend approached another register and began to speak to the cashier lady who was ringing up my order in regards to returning an item and she stopped helping me to attend to her needs. So feeling racially unjust and completely disrespected I intervened in their conversation and said not to sound rude but this lady was helping me and it’s rude to just cut in front of someone that’s when the Caucasian woman said I really don’t care and her boyfriend jumped in to say we were just asking a question and trying to get this done really quick to which I replied I understand that but there’s a proper way to do things and this isn’t the right way. Then he said well the cashier lady decided to help us so we just assumed to which I said and she’s wrong for that as well. Then I asked her to finish my transaction so I could leave and she did all while looking at them and grinning. This whole experience has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and racially unjust and disappointed in the fact that people of color are always being put in the back and are never supposed to say anything I would like to let someone know because this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had DO NOT SHOP HERE I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING !!!"

"Just walked out of this ridiculous place! I can work with no dressing rooms but covered mirrors???!!! How are we supposed to know if the clothes fit? When I asked the lady behind the counter why the mirrors were covered, she simply ignored my and question and turned her back to me. Very rude customer service. It's a shame because they had a nice selection."

"Didn’t even fully walk into the store and was greeted with “you can’t bring drinks in here”. I have a girl friend, a job, a car, my own place....but I can’t be trusted to walk into your store with a closed drink. I can’t seriously believe you lost a 30+$ sale over a drink."
