"Location doesn’t offer cash (website says they do) and doesn’t keep cards in stock for trade in, leaving costumer with no choice but to leave or do store credit. Manager also has an attitude and acts as if it’s the customers fault they don’t have their stuff together."

"Ordered something on the 5th it says it got delivered on the 8th but i never got it. I gave it some days becasue i got an advisory saying it will be late. Then it says delivered i go downstairs and nothing is there. Now I’m trying to call the shop and nobody is answering. Mind you when i tried to call the shop awhile ago the same thing happened so i just thought they were busy but now i see it’s a thing. Why have a number if you don’t want to answer the phone to help your customers, actually why stay at a job that you’re so miserable at. Y’all are messing with gamers that just want to chill and relax and it’s highly annoying."
