"Been going to this location for years maybe 5+ never had a problem with anybody until today a worker named Larry had the worst attitude about something so simple and it’s my guess he just did not want to work and he lost a simple argument he tired to lie about, I came in there with a controller I had a warranty on and Larry asked for my phone to look up the warranty gave it to him he asked me which name to my surprise I didn’t know I had 2 separate names on my account and he said I had a pre order on one of them I said cool let me get a refund for that he said no you can do that I said yes you can I used to work at gamestop, Larry got so angry and upset his next words were ok so leave and go to the eastern pkwy location that’s almost another 2 miles away, that’s not a problem for me as I drive but what if someone used all there money to take a cab or bus or train to his location and he has this attitude for no reason he act like someone cursed at him or was yelling he acted like a spoiled child and not Adult he was dressed like a street corner thug even tho he’s 130 pounds and 5 foot 6. Also I went to the other game stop and multiple employees confirmed people also came in there complaining about the same person. District managers this is your chance to get this guy outta here, when I worked at GameStop there was zero tolerance for being rude to customers I also have him on video telling me to go to eastern pkwy location and my controller is at that pitkin location"

"The individual seen in the photo below gave me a hard time because I gave her an older $20 bill. She stated that she would get in trouble if she took it and that the machine doesn't recognize the older bills. I was baffled and explained to her that I had just gotten the money out of the ATM and she replied “Really”. I then said to her that I made it in my living room because she would not budge. In the photo that's her calling her boss to verify if she can take the $20. The manager to her yes and she still said to me that she could get in trouble for taking it. I'm appalled at her Poor customer service and I will not patronize that store again."

"I called about 30 times after I made a purchase for PlayStation portable controller. I wanted to cancel the order since I just received two of them for Christmas. But intentionally ignore and forward my calls for 2 days hoping I cancel so they can keep for themselves. So since they play that game I went over and picked up the item to keep. This place is rude and very unprofessional. The look on their face was worth the drive. NEXT TIME BE A PERSON WITH DIGNITY AND NOT SCAMMING YOU WOULD Have HAD THE PLAYSTATION PORTABLE CONTROLLER AVAILABLE TO GRAB. I would recommend not spend your money here they would get over in you if the opportunity presents itself."
