"I arrived at the store before 11:00 PM, fully aware that the store’s closing time is 11:00 PM. However, I was turned away at the door by an employee who was holding the door closed, he informed me that they had stopped letting customers in, despite it being several minutes before closing time. I am confused, as I have always been under the impression that store hours mean exactly that—the store is open to customers until the stated closing time. I would like to know if this is a new policy, or if I should interpret this as a sign that my business is not welcome at your establishment. No customer should be treated this way. Please clarify your policy regarding customer entry time, and let me know if I should take my business elsewhere to avoid being treated in this manner again."
