"Store Manager has a Nasty Attitude Terrible Customer Service ill Never be Coming To This Store"

"The pharmacy here is the worst. I dealt with them for the 1st time today around 11 AM to pick up my prescriptions and provide them with my insurance information. The operator is unkind, very incompetent, very unprofessional, lazy to do her job and unfortunately, she doesn’t speak the language. She wanted to me call my insurance provider to get the BIN#, pin#, and ID#. It made me think this was very unusual and I thought this was supposed to be her job but anyway, I did as I was told. When I talked to my insurance company they gave me a different number and I was instructed to give it the number for the Pharmacist to call. I was advised that it is their job to call for some information about the insurance. So I showed up at the pharmacy to relay the message. The lady at the counter is very unpleasant to deal with. She lacks knowledge, understanding, and compassion for the customer. She doesn't even look happy to be there, it shows She refused to do her job diligently. I blatantly told her that they were lazy, it was their job to make the phone call, and they were very incompetent. That woman doesn't deserve to be dealing with people/customers. She is mean-spirited. If you have any high blood pressure or heart issues she makes it worse and gives you a heart attack. This review deserves 0 stars!!! Out of frustration, I went back to CVS to have them transfer this prescription. At CVS I never had any issues like this."

"I’ve had 4 negative experiences at this location in a little over a month: 1. Pharmacist asked to me wait in the store another 20 minutes for my prescription to be ready. I left the store and came back 20 minutes later only for the pharmacist to tell me the order still isn’t ready and got angry at me that I left. 2. About 10 days later another pharmacist tells me to wait another 20 minutes for my prescription to be ready. I tell her I will return in an hour and she tells me it’ll be ready by then. I return an hour later only for her to tell me it’ll be ready in another 20 minutes. 3. A month later, the same pharmacist from the first incident asks me for my name. I gave him my first name since he didn’t specify whether to give my first or last name. He was unable to find the prescription and then asked me for my last name which I gave. He then starts an argument and asks me why I didn’t give him my last name the first time. I explain to him that he never asked for my LAST name which he denies. 4. I’m at the cash register and the cashier is holding my receipt at her waist and I’m waiting for her to ask me if I want my receipt or not. She snaps at me and asks whether I want my receipt. I tell her yes only for her to reply “I was holding it the entire time. Why didn’t you take it?” Even though she was holding the receipt at her waist. The ENTIRE team should be fired"

"Not returning after my visit today. The middle aged black woman with glasses is so rude, and I definitely think she has something against Asians or Asian women. I interacted with her a few times in the last year, and today was the worst. I asked for a bag, she and I noticed the bottom of bag was falling apart. As soon as I said it, she proceeded to throw in (not even toss at best but throw) my 3 items as she muttered something under her breath. My 11 year old daughter thought she would flip out or something. I took out my items out of the bag, noticed one was actually dented from the woman throwing, so I replaced it and left. Not going back again. Oh, and to other non-asian customers before me? Nothing so unpleasant."
