"Went into the store today to do a simple return within the return window. When I arrived one of the female associates greeted me and was happy to help with my return. When we got to the register, a disgruntled man was also behind the counter and began to verbally assault me. He began to threaten me as his anger quickly escalated. I remained as calm as possible, and tried to deescalate the altercation, but he was so fired up that there was no stopping him. He continued to scream at me for the entire store to witness, which I find incredibly unprofessional to say the least. This made Me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I am not sure if he was an associate or a store manager, but regardless, nobody should ever be treated the way I was. His name was Tony, and if you find yourself being helped by him in the store, it would be best for you to find another, more friendlier, associate."

"I would have given this store 5 stars if not for the rude store manager who handled payment on the 3 rd floor/ women’s dept. It was intially a very pleasant experience. I got served by a very knowledgeable Mexican man ( didnt get his name). I got a dress from his recommendation. When it came to payment, I asked about the $25 for alteration as it was usually waived. The manager very rudely replied that was not alteration fee. It was actually the “rush fee”, which was fine for me. It was her very angry tone that got me. I told her I was just clarifying with her as I was not informed beforehand. Her exchanges continued to be rude. Took the dress to another tailor for alteration as I didnt want to go back to deal with her. Its a pity as the sales associate was really nice."

"I had a very short window in which to buy a tuxedo for my own wedding. I had been messaging the Store via WhatsApp prior to my arrival, and from that point onwards the level of service I received from Sean was next level. He remembered me upon arrival, and then proceeded to give me the greatest level of care, guidance and expert advice I’ve had a very long time. A fantastic ambassador for the store and the brand."

"I would’ve given this store 5 stars had they not LEFT THE PLASTIC SECURITY TAG ON for my husbands wedding suit!! After spending $1k between a suit and in house alterations plus multiple visits you’d imagine they wouldn’t be this careless. But alas this happened for our remote destination wedding no less and we did not find out until the morning of, leaving my husband having to run around remote Italy with no luck finding anyone who could take it off. Unbelievable."
