"Horrible experience - Sophel is rude and not customer friendly. When one works in hospitality they should be customer friendly. He should be fired in a heart beat. Never going back to that 711 ever again."

"Sohel was a very rude individual. I asked him a simple question to use the restroom. He started to give me an attitude Stating that we do not have a restroom and it is none of my concern where he uses the restroom. As an essential employee, I was unable to find a restroom due to his attitude I also spotted a fly in the donut section Because of this individual. I will not be coming back unless changes are made"

"I was racially profiled by a raggedly looking employee with floppy withering hair, while browsing the store with my husband. Was accused of stealing. Never felt so disrespected in my life. Will never go back to this 7/11 ever again."

"The absolute worst 7-Eleven I've ever visited. Ordered boneless wings and a pizza slice. The food was so dry and old and realized after I bit into the chicken that it wasn't fully cooked. I hope I don't get sick"
