"Super super fast, like I barely started my paperwork before I was called back and then I had just finished getting the robe on and the doctor was already in. She did such a thorough job looking everything over. She took care of all of my concerns first before doing the full body exam. I highly recommend going there. Also they have 2 locations and like most dermatologists the one on transit was booking many months out for first time visits. But the one on main street got me an appointment in a couple weeks, which really is amazing because some other places were booked 6 months. The phone staff was amazing, the office staff super friendly, and the doctor herself was really helpful, went over everything I should monitor and everything i look out for. And preventative measures to take. Such as putting sunscreen on my hair part line bc lots of women get melanoma there which I never ever thought of. The whole staff and doctor were amazing I wish all of my doctors offices operated like here."

"I chose Lenahan Dermatology because of its favorable Google rating, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t a good one. My appointment was at 8:30 on a Monday morning and their systems were down, which I understand must’ve been stressful for the staff. Still, I took off work, drove 30 minutes, and paid $60 to feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The nurse practitioner who saw me was a bit intense, and somewhat abrasive in her delivery. The interaction was rushed, uncomfortable, and I didn’t even ask about potential cosmetic options that I was curious about because I felt like I was on a time limit. The entire consult lasted maybe 4 minutes, but by the end, I really just wanted to leave. The negative reviews I’ve seen here highlight issues with the staff - reception or the medical team. My experience is consistent with those reviews. Reception was indifferent, which wasn’t a great sign for my first (and last) time at this office. The 4-minute consult had me regretting my decision to see a dermatologist in the first place. I just can’t recommend this provider, especially if it’s your first time seeing a dermatologist. Look elsewhere."
