"My daughter hurt her ankle doing a gymnastics flip and was in pain. I made an appointment for her on Saturday morning for the first available appointment at 3. This was our first experience at WellNow and I would highly recommend their services! All Staff were phenomenal! Dr. Chad was the best! He ordered an X-ray for her ankle and it came back as a sprain and thankfully no broken bones! He wrapped her ankle and made us laugh with his great sense of humor! We were literally in and out of the office in 40 minutes! Well Done! I wish I could give more stars!"
"I was greeted at the entrance with concern. I only needed to wait five minutes before being shown to an exam room, where my vital signs and information were recorded. Maureen Shea collected more information about my condition and decided treatment after examining me, and she was pleasant and compassionate."
"REFUSED service. I went in at 6:47 during heavy snow. Not one person was in waiting room. I was told I needed an appointment because somebody went home. One of the nurses came out from the back, and stated that they are refusing my service, and when I asked about insurance, they wouldn’t answer any questions without the police present. Tried to tell me I was recording, although I was not. Just seemed it was at the end of the shift and they didn’t want to do any work. As a mother of three, it’s very rare I take the time to take care of myself, and when you walk into an establishment, you hope to get the best care not treated like a piece of trash. They kept saying they were going to call the police never did as I sat and waited for them for over 15 minutes. I pray that people that were working that day. Don’t have family members that get treated the same way when they’re sick. I’ve never been so disgusted with humankind in my life. Shame on those three workers"
