"This is absolutely the worst practice I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment about a month ago where all my meds should have been updated. Called to refill my asthma medications this month and none were refilled. I called the after hours and they absolutely would not refill even though I’m crying on the phone, barely able to breathe. They don’t care about patients, they care about money. I am switching my primary and I would advice to NEVER use General PC. They don’t care."

"Multiple times they messed up both mine and my husbands medications. Never called them in. Had to call multiple times for myself and took over a month to get my correct prescriptions filled . Extremely poor patient care . We left the practice. Now the same thing is happening with my mother who is much sicker then mean. They don’t seem to care if they negativly effect a patients health. She also will be leaving the practice . We have complained to our insurance company. They deserve a -5 rating."

"The office staff is rude. You cant get an appointment when you are sick! What kind of office does not leave a couple spots open for sick calls?? Was told to go to urgent care, why have a doctor if you cant get in to see him when you are sick. Office staff also will not complete paperwork waited several weeks per their policy and then they lost it. Office never calls with follow ups to the lab work months later you might get a letter in the mail. Met with the doctor and office manager to explain my concerns and nothing changed, except I found a new doctor."

"Receptionist, Amber, called and left a vmail to remind me of new patient appointment at 7:30am a few days ago. I arrived at 7:25am and she refused to sign me in. She said in the original paperwork sent two months ago had 7:10am written on it despite the time left in her voicemail from a few days ago. I acknowledged that that could be, but I thought I had time wrong when called and left message. She acknowledged the Vmail time and still refused to let me be seen. She said all of the consents would take too long to fill out and I'd have to reschedule. I filled out and mailed all the original paperwork the week it was sent, which was a large bundle of papers consisting of medical history and consents, and had my old doctors office mail my records. We both acknowledged fault. I'm really disappointed that they were not able to work with me. I rearranged my work schedule and childcare to be able to get there on time."
