"In April I booked an appointment to see Dr. Fasanello .. they said July 24th was the first day I could see him. I still booked it. TODAY, July 18th, I received a call from the office saying my appointment was canceled because of the physician and they can’t schedule me again until DECEMBER. This is unethical and I’m sure this booking issue is a reason for peoples health is declining in Erie County. I’ve need to go to a therapist now because of the trauma this office has caused me."

"avoid this Dr at all costs. they will seriously talk with you on the phone and do nothing but "tell you what you want to hear" , and then not dona single thing discussed period. I will be filling a formal complaint and also making sure you don't get paid for the office visit. yes it was that bad"

"This office picks quantity of people seen rather than quality. They accept medicaid, so the office is always full , you never actually see the doctor always a different Nurse practitioner. Honestly you would receive better care going to an Urgent care. For the reviews saying they like a nurse or a nurse practitioner, those people are long gone. Even the employees can’t stand this office."

"I've been going here for almost 6 months. I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. When I was discharged from the Hospital my first appointment with my Dr. was cancelled, the Dr. left, no one told me until I called to confirm. The Dr. that prescribed me my medication, for whatever reason placed a restriction hold on my medication so I couldn't get it from the pharmacy. Long story short I've had 4 Dr.'s in 5 months. This office has a huge problem with paperwork getting completed. My last Dr. told me I'm ok to go back to work on Jan. 3rd and then the office filed paperwork that I couldn't go back to work which I didn't receive until Jan 29th.They told me they had the paperwork over there since Dec.But they never gave it too me in the 3rd. Smh, I'm looking for a new Dr. Because they don't seem to care about the patient to me. All I need is a document filled out and they act like it's such a huge effort needed to fill out some notes and return it. I've been going through this with them for the entire time I've been at this office. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Dr. I've never ever seen Dr. Fasanello. I'm sorry but this office needs to get it together. I'm a sick patient that has to call over there everyday to make sure someone is filling out paperwork."
