"As a loyal Hallmark customer for the past 30+ years I was very disheartened by the attitude of one sales associate at this location, her curt, rude reaction when a question was asked and her lack of providing any customer satisfaction beyond her abrupt comment left me extremely disappointed. Regardless of the answer provided I was purchasing the items, but she did nothing to eleviate confusion on the part of the next customer who may also misinterpret a sale sign which she claimed must have been moved by another customer. I would hope that Hallmark associates would treat customers with the same respect afforded to them, sadly that was not the way I was treated."
