"I was told I needed to come back in 3.5 hours for ONE balloon. I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 people working at the front. On top of that the two girls at the front were extremely rude regarding the wait time. Will not be going back here. Take your business elsewhere."

"We put instore pickup after applying coupon. But it not allowed to pay and ask us to remove the items. We spend almost 15 to 20 mi utes in payment screen and since itnot working We visited store and heavy rush and almost waiting time for billing was 10 minutes. If they didn't put in-store pickup availability We might went store direct and atleast We must save that 20 minutes."

"Very disappointed.... Went there last night with my fiance to try and get costumes for a party today.... We had no way to try them on but figures it was a big deal would just bring them back the next day if they don't.....went to check out and had an issue with the one costume not ringing up properly as we asked the cashier about it she never responded then just said I fixed it we asked her if we could do split payments on a card she said yeah... We then said how much we wanted on one card she just said go ahead we will see which resulted in the full payment coming off one card which we did not want she said nothing else handed the receipt and we walked away...we go to return the items today the next day cause they did not fit and was told we cannot return them cause its seasonal we only have 7 days before the holiday to return the items....the problem is there was no sign saying purchases are final no returns accepted the cashiers didnt say that the sales are final no returns if any of this was said we would not have purchased the items since we did not know if they would fit this is extremely poor customer service and i am very upset i need this money I cant afford to waste money like this is unexceptable!!!!"

"Received an email saying my balloons were ready. When I arrived, they said the email was sent in error and it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. There was no one else waiting for balloons, and yet they did not honor the email and did not apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication on their part. There was one woman who had to man both the balloon station and the register, while the manager and other employees roamed around the store. Eventually the manager told an employee to complete my order to “get me out of there”. I didn’t go to party city expecting to have a tense encounter! Do not recommend based on customer service alone!"
