"So I've attempted to come to this office on two appointments. The first appointment I missed the first part of our appointment which was the hearing test and I was told by the front desk that the doctor refused to see me a second appointment I saw the doctor and he said well there's no hearing test and I said yeah because no one scheduled that and I was told by the first time I came that you wouldn't see me because there was no hearing test. So now there's no hearing test and you're seeing me and then he proceeded to ask me why I'm here. Listen if you don't know why I'm here because I was referred by my general practitioner then I'm done. This office has wasted two appointments of my time. I've taken off time of work for both appointments and I won't be returning"
