"Dr. Agneshwar was my doctor who I loved for close to 15 years. He performed my extensive endometriosis surgery and continued treatment right up until I moved to SC. I just moved back to the area and needed an appointment for issues requiring immediate treatment that I could not finish with my doctor down there before the move. I called to request an appointment and was asked what insurance I have. I just qualified for a Medicaid and was talked down to terribly by the woman who answered the phone. Disappointed to say the least. A simple “we don’t accept it” would’ve been fine. But the attitude like I’m some kind of lower class citizen and how dare I expect them to take it attitude was way out of line. Glad I’m looking for a new doctor now. But knew Dr. Ag would’ve gotten me in asap knowing it was me."
