"We have been buying our meat from them (long before they opened the store) I think its the best lean ground beef you can buy. I like the thin sliced boneless ham the best.. Meat is in very cold commercial freezers. Rock hard since the butcher This (to me) is far better then thawed meat that has been out on a cooler for display.
