"My apartment was supposed to be renovated and completed by 11/1. I had the codes inspector come on 10/27 and work was still incomplete. The paint job was absolutely atrocious it looks as if the old color is bleeding through the walls. Lighting fixtures were not completed and wires were open and hanging out. Smoke detectors will still not up. And when I explained that the apartment would not pass up to codes requirements he stated that I knew nothing and he could easily pay inspectors with ounces of marijuana to get it to pass. To my disbelief he continued on to state that I didn’t need to be present and that the work would get completed when he “got it done” I felt that he was very unprofessional and rude. When you are hired and paid for a job you complete that job in a timely manner and treat people with dignity and respect. He is very ill tempered and cannot prioritize and multi task. And that shows in his work."

"Tom Needham is very professional extremely reliable and very precise while calculating the steps he needs to take to ensure the job he’s performing goes smooth and is done to its best ability. I will not use any other maintenance man going forward this is how reliable and responsive he has been to myself and my family definitely recommended for any maintenance job as well as electrical."
