"Held my brush-trimmer for over a month. Never repaired it, and when returned was missing some internal parts. Extremely unprofessional service department. I called numerous times during the 30+ days they were "working" on the brushcutter. Status was always vague like the parts lady neglected to order parts, or that the parts shipper was holding the shipment for a larger send. Visited during the 30+ days to let them know I was needing the tool repaired and if they were too busy to attend, or had other issues there other places I could give my business to. Finally just gave up on these incompetents and collected my tool. On the last day, they said parts had just come in that day. Crummy organization from my experience."
"They need to have price next to the idem. I don't feel like asking every time Iay my eyes on something, how much is this/how much is that. Otherwise, my every experience with M&B was good. Good service so far."
