"I had contacted several building contractors to get estimates on a major home exterior project. I was highly impressed with Lenny's personal and professional approach and the way he explained in detail about the work that would be performed, how long it would take and the suggestions he gave on what materials should be used and in discussing the possibility of unforeseen issues which could arise that would need to addressed. It was for those reasons and his ability to work within our budget that we chose to have Lenny work on our home. I found Lenny and Steve to be true craftsmen. Their quality of workmanship is absolute and their personal attention to detail insures that every aspect of the job is done right and to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner. Along with being professionals, Lenny and his team are a very personable bunch of guys. It was a pleasant experience having them here working on our home and I appreciated their willingness in taking on additional tasks such as taking down and hauling away our swimming pool - plus cutting down the tree that was growing in the middle of the pool. "Lenny England has done two jobs for me- mortaring the side of my foundation to seal the gap between the sidewalk and the cinder block, and installing grab bars in my bathroom and a railing down along my basement steps. Both jobs benefitted from Lenny's common sense, planning, and practical advice. He asks for no deposit, and purchases the materials himself. His job estimate is fair, and in my experience, right on the money. Lenny showed up on time with his crew and completed the jobs in the time frame he told me he would. He offered to come to my house and take the window out for me at no charge after he finished his workday, which he did. He even disposed of the large glass shards. He would not accept payment for this kindness. He said he didn't want one of his customers to get hurt when it would only take a few minutes. That kind of customer service rarely exists these days. I will continue to hire Lenny for home improvement and repair jobs, and I recommend him highly to my friends."
