"Overly impressed and satisfied with the entire experience. From our initial meeting/quote with Ross, to continuously keeping us updated on the process without being "pushy". The quote we had from Utica Roof Pros was in the middle of 4 other quotes we had from other roofing companies. They were the quickest to respond and installed a tarp on our roof within 2 days of calling them, to avoid further water damage. They initially told us it would be 8 weeks until they could begin working on the roof, but they were actually able to get to our roof in about 4 weeks. The foreman (Vlad) and crew were professional and efficient. Arrived around 7am and were completely cleaned up before 5pm. Took amazing care of our property by moving items around the yard out of the way and putting them back exactly as they were. They tarpped the "entire work zone" - including our deck and pool! "Utica Roof Pros replaced our shingle roof this past week. The company was great to do business with. Initially we met with Ross who completed a detailed estimate on that day, explaining everything that they would do. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions asked. On the day of replacement, Vlad, the foreman, and his crew were excellent! They showed up right on time. They placed tarps at all needed locations to protect the landscaping and then proceeded to replace the roof. They were hard-working and efficient, and worked throughout the day until the job was done. Vlad was on-site checking his crews’ work throughout the day. He was very professional, polite, and kept us informed during the entire project about what they were doing or needed to do. The crew were meticulous with cleanup. We are very pleased with the new roof and how it looks. We were highly impressed with this company and would recommend them for anyone needing a new roof."

"The one word that comes to mind is Impressed. Utica Roof Pros made a stressful project easy and beautiful. The initial consultation with Ross was professional and informative. Ross inspected my roof and walked me through the whole process with visual aids and clearly explained each step of the project in detail. Ross was personable and knowledgeable about the roof and knew exactly what needed to be done. The company representative Donna contacted me to the schedule my roof replacement date and kept me updated with any changes. The day of the project, Ed’s crew showed up early and began the long day in scolding heat. Through the whole process, Ed updated me regarding the project. I needed additional plywood replaced, as is common with house projects, and Ed clearly communicated that , which I truly appreciate. The crew worked tirelessly from 7am until 7pm to finish my brand new beautiful roof. Their work ethic was commendable in the hot, humid day, but they never stopped. The care this team showed during the setup and meticulous clean up was admirable. They even propped up my flowers during construction to ensure my property was left looking better than before.
