"Many people warned me a contractor can be very difficult, so we were worried about communication and delays. but it was not the case with Overall Construction. Main construction was closing double height ceiling between 1st and 2nd, and expanding room square footage, and adding and installing fixtures. Also, tile replacement and wall repair. My family lived in apartment during construction about 6 weeks. My wife especially was very worried about dust and messy environment. but construction crew was cleaning mess and kept apartment nit everyday before leaving. Crews were very professional and understood my vision. also, communication was courteous and responsive. We have been pleasant during the process and mostly very happy with result!! Thank you for extra miles you guys went. I highly recommend overall construction. Thank you so much!!"
