"Please don't believe the word of the contractor & the fake warranty. I used them to put on a brand new roof in 2021. Roof started leaking in February 2022 after much fussing, one guy came out fix something. 2023 around the same time roof leaking, tenant putting out buckets to collect the water during the rain, the owner did nothing. I had to get another contractor to fix the leaks. It was raining 12/13/23, tenant apartment leaking and they sent pictures. I sent it to them & the owner said he will look at it. He did not bother to reach out because he thinks it is a lie. This is a $24,500 roof job & 20 warranty. I had to call another roofman to fixed the leak so the tenant can enjoy their apartment. The owner sounds genuine but his words after he gets your hard earned money for the job is useless newspaper. If the job was not done properly, do not expect them to reach out to you. He will reach out to you after you report the company to better business bureau and the reviews. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING HE SAID. LET HIS ACTIONS SPEAK BUT HIS WORDS ARE LIES."

"I JUST WANT TO START BY SAYING, I NEVER WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I'M WARNING YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They did a super sloppy job at attempting to fix our roof (other roofers have since commented who have seen their work).They gave us a "10 year warranty" and did not honor it. Now, unfortunately we are having to proceed the legal route as Sunny/Irslan has stopped returning our calls and given us numerous excuses and reschedules obviously stalling us. The roof is still leaking and now growing mold and becoming a bigger issue. I found them through a Google search and read the positive reviews. I'm convinced those reviews are fake. DO NOT USE THEM. They are also notoriously late and flakey to add to the drama of it all! NOTHING WAS GUARANTEED HERE EXCEPT A VERY EXPENSIVE HEADACHE AND 2 YEARS OF WASTED TIME!!!!"

They responded promptly and came within a day to give me an estimate but ended up completing the job right there within a few minutes and were super reasonable about the cost. I am delighted with their professionalism, courtesy and will definitely use them again. Also recommending to my friends :)"

They responded immediately to my initial query, arrived promptly on the day we set for inspection, were friendly and professional while here, and ultimately gave me a very fair estimate. Even after things went south on my end they were the model of nobility."
