"Bus service is good most days on time n the drivers get to know u but they need a night late night services"

B.C. was awarded a sizable grant to help ensure cleaning buses, despite that conditions remain grim.Rider usage has dropped dramatically. I hear a common theme amongst people that "they aint gonna ride those 'Dirty Buses".Despite pleas to staff on Old Vestal Rd andvJunctionSupervisors nothing has been done to improve dire conditions"

"The busses are pretty clean. The last drive the 40 combo bus on sat 12/12 was really pushy and acted upset that she had riders. Very fast driving and sharp stops. But the 35 that night was on point"

"There isn't really much to say about the bus station. Some drivers are polite, while others are rude for no real reason. It's relatively clean for such an open space. The different buses are easy to find. The only thing I find weird is that it seems as if all the buses leave at the same time. So if you've missed one bus, you've missed any other one you could've taken."

"You have excellent bus drivers who are warm and welcoming, and then you have those that are just rude EVERYDAY without having to be given a reason. I wish they would clean the buses on a daily basis. If you ride the same bus routes chances are you become familiar with each buses debris, dust marks, stuck on gum, etc"
