"Not trust worthy. I asked for tape and the guy behind the counter said he'd tape my package for me (I should not of trusted him). Shortly after the receiver contacted me saying they received my box but it was empty. I contacted the manager but never got any sort of response."
"I called and gave the person on the phone exact measurements and weight and told him I needed it wrapped and boxed. He quoted me $130. When I got there the price changed to $400. They told me it was because they had to wrap it and would need a bigger box. There’s not a box or bubble wrap in the world worth $270. I wrapped and boxed it myself and brought it to FedEx ground for $102."
"I sent a package overnight on July 25, it arrived on July 29. These were water samples for testing that had to be there in 24 hours. I then had to drive hours from my office to re-sample and send out again, I used a different company to ship, no problems. I called asking for a refund on July 29 and still have not received the check that I was promised. Not happy!! would not recommend using this company."
