"I went into this shop completely ignorant of vapes and mods aside from what they sell at convenience stores and so I needed a lot of help. Right from the start, Patty there was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all of my questions and making sure I got a setup that was appropriate for my needs and current situation. I researched the website and was sold on the fact that they are so customer focused and when I went there that was certainly the case. Patty wasn't just trying to make a sale - she was effectively educating me in the product and world of vaping. I am so happy that I went and very satisfied with my purchase and I couldn't have navigated it as easily without Patty's breadth of knowledge and assistance. 5 stars all around and will definitely be returning for future purchases! Update: I have been going back consistently and AJ is the man! I believe AJ is there more than Patty as I know this location is not Patty’s typical one. AJ is personable, always customer service oriented, and really goes out of his way to be upfront and honest about every single product I have questions about (and I have many). Will keep returning but also wanted to give an update and shoutout to AJ as he has been the one consistently there almost every time I’ve returned and has been excellent each visit."

"Visited this location today and was treated extremely poorly by the woman behind the counter. From the moment my husband opened the door, she was giving me a dirty look (I stayed by the car because we had children inside). From there, my husband asked for his usual order and she became confused. Due to her own confusion, she became frustrated and started to become condescending. She laughed at my husband for knowing the specific type of coil he preferred for his mod and informed him he “needed to know his order next time” because they are going to have a new system soon. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting treatment. Get better staff. There’s too many vape stores for this location to be providing such terrible customer service. Do better."

"I highly recommend Unique eCigs if you're just starting out vaping like me. Patty C was very helpful and patient showing me various devices and explaining how to assemble and operate them. With lots of different strengh juices too you can "step down" from smoking cigarettes gradually (I hope). Thanks Patty for your great customer service and help."

"Very friendly service. Not being from here the gentleman took the time to ask what I was looking for and what I usually get. Unfortunately NY state laws prevented me from getting my usual juice. He suggested a few vape juices and I ended up going with one of the suggested ones which worked out. Definitely worth the 10 minute drive."
