"Went in to buy a few things with a friend and the guy working there chased my friend out the store saying we are drug addicts because they are next to the clinic and trying to fight my friend out the door accusing him of stealing when they bought there stuff and go in there like 3 days a week to buy stuff and NEVER steal or stole anything. They need to watch there camera to see how he just treated us it's so crazy!!!! We will never go there ag.ain and will be calling the people higher up. . Straight up discriminated against us and deserves to be fired"

"I always have a terrible experience with this Dollar General on Old Liverpool. The night crew workers are so rude and disrespectful. They are constantly yelling and showing attitude about what time they close if you come in close to closing time. One worker refused very disrespectfully, to honor the clearance prices on items that the manager had sold at the clearance price the day before, I had to make her call the manager (off the clock) to get her to price the items correctly. Yesterday I missed out on using my coupons because the SAME worker didn't have enough patience to wait for me to pull up the digital coupons on the store app, she kept huffing, puffing and repeating what time the store closed, sucking her teeth and stating that she wasn't going to get out on time...I couldn't even concentrate on what I was doing. So I just left, it wasn't even 9:00 yet."
"The store was organized, but I didn't necessarily care for the staff. They were either ill advised or just plain unhappy. Usually experiences like this would keep me from Dollar General, but the other stores are phenomenal. I will not visit this location again. Great for a quick stop if you are in the area, but if you have product related issues or digital coupons go to another store or call corporate."
