"Ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter yesterday afternoon. Today she told me she was working a half day! I called April in a panic and she promised they would deliver before noon. She delivered by 11 and my daughter loved them. I first learned of April's because I worked for the chicken place that's not open Sundays. We got our table flowers from April and she was always great to deal with. Today she proved it again."
"The delivery was timely and the flowers were beautiful but the customer service was dismissive. When I called initially to place the order, she wasn’t friendly in the least. I had to ask her to hold off on charging me for just a few minutes while I located a different card to make sure my fiancé wouldn’t see the charge. You would have thought I asked for the flowers for free. I asked for the total to be in the neighborhood of $50-60 and I just got the charge for $76.27. Now, im not unreasonable and would think it could be a little over that for delivery or you would think they would go over how much extra would be charged extra before allowing me to place the order. When I called in to ask about the charges, I was treated like a bother and like why wouldn’t I just expect it to be that much. They couldn’t wait to get off of the phone on move on. It sucks because I really love supporting small businesses but I am not going to forward other people here if that’s how they treat people."

"I came into April's Flowers to pick out something for my wife for our 5 year anniversary. The wife was raised by horticulturists so it's hard to impress her with just normal flowers. I asked if they had any unique and unusual flowers that they could put together and they hooked me up! The wife absolutely loved them and especially because they were out of the ordinary. April's Flowers is an awesome place! And the cats are pretty cool too."
