"They deserve no stars!! Took a Lyft there and back over $30 and they didn't give me all my stuff!! Just over $60 with the $5 bacon sale that cost me $14 on my receipt!!! Didn't give me my items and when you call employees are rude and act like your lying!! Then you call the main number for Krogers and customer service yells at you and screams over you!! I will NEVER shop there!! They are thieves!!!!!"
"Customer service hours are pointless at this store they never open on time and they always close early!!! "This Kroger makes Walmart look like Saks Fifth Avenue. It smells bad, it’s filthy, there’s all sorts of merchandise on the floors and boxes waiting to be unpacked. They’ll be waiting to be unpacked for a while since it seems like most people who work there are busy on their phones or chatting with coworkers. Not sure if they can be called coworkers, since they don’t appear to be working. Overall, it is filthy. I wouldn’t buy anything I just wanted to get out. Gross."
"I was told I had to use a self check out. I was told I had better, "Get used to it because that is the way it is going to be. If you can't handle it, too bad. That's the way it is." How rude! I have been shopping there for more than 12 years and the people who check me out are GREAT!!! What a rude person. I am not going to get used to it. I enjoy my interactions at the check out and ALL of the employees at Soldano Blvd/ W. Broad St."
