"I had my car Toyota Avalon towed to the shop after running diagnostic a repair man named George advised me to replace a crank sensor shortly after picking up the car and going for a less than one mile drive the car dunking donuts 1133 Mohawk St Utica NY 13501 the car wonts start after calling a towing service thru my insurance company which I have a record of the car started so I drove it back to the shop parked it there and since it was Friday I couldn't get hold of anyone but lucky on Saturday I saw an employee who was there to pick up a different car and he asked me to parked it and leave the keys in the drop box and they will check it on Monday it took a while to hear from them and after many phone calls which I have the phone records on my cell phone bill they said the crank sensor is showing again in the diagnostic and they are running out of option yet they did charge me 380.00 to replace the crank sensor and after speaking with Mohammed the owner he refused to refund. I don't really advice going to small shops like this when you can got a well known place that they will honor the warranty and be descent enough to admit that they couldn't find what's wrong."
