"Needed to charge a rental vehicle. Arrived at 8pm at charging station, plugged into charger and paid for time when a message came on the screen of the charging station that full charge would be achieved at 2:30 am! Some 5 hours + later. Sad"
"We’ve been to this supercharger previously and despite being the only car charging, we’ve never been able to attain a charging rate higher than 75 kW per hour. That is with under 50% charge remaining and the battery preconditioned. The location is in a dirty little spot at the end of a dirty little shopping plaza. We advise using this location only as a last resort."
