"Very run down ! The administrator skims off the residents money and doesn’t give them their money when they ask or cigarettes or personal products they ask for. They let patients die seen it with my own eyes staff is inexperienced and very rude to residents some have serious medical needs. The residents don’t have access to the kitchen and are told no when ask for something to eat if it’s not a mealtime. The residents pay a lot of money to live in a rundown poorly run facility. I have reported this to the state with no response so I guess as long as you give residents the bare minimum and take all their money it’s ok to run a facility like this . The nurse order medical kits for herself to take home on residents or states dime. The kitchen staff steals food and the food storage room is always mostly empty even right after food orders. The administrator only hires Spanish or white people that she likes or knows personally with occasional token minority when necessary. The staff fight and cuss at each other and residents.some of those residence have no family or friends and need help because they are being abused and neglected. They barely bathe them, or change them when they need to be changed and often mix up or give the wrong person the wrong medicine. some of the staff as the administrators, best friends, and they team up on other staff to sabotage their job if they don’t like them. You shouldn’t send your dog there Let alone someone that you care about but unfortunately there are people there that have nobody and are stuck in that position and have to die that way being abused and neglected, the administrator often lies to relatives and state about policies and Care the week of state they do everything they can to try to make up for all the paperwork they never filled out. They usually have one of the employees fill out a bunch of fake back paperwork that they never filled out over the year, they literally produced the paperwork the same day or the day before. The state comes in on the spot I know because I have done it for them. And then they don’t fill in for positions that were not hired for someone to save these people. Please report this review to the administration offices, not the administrator to Willow Park. They should be under investigation for the things that they do to these residents If you have a relative or a friend or a family member there, please check on them immediately and try to find them a better."
