"Poor visit, the waiting room was dirty,garbage overflowing. They asked me what kind of oil I wanted . I informed him I wanted Conventional oil change we down sell that anymore ( even though it was advertised. I informed him I had a coupon but he didn’t ask me about it at the register. I told him to cancel the transaction he told No. I asked to see the manager. I Women came in an asked me about my coupon an allegedly credited me 15.00 that I have yet seen posted on my statement from my credit card. But the original charge has been posted on my statement I have been going to Jiffy lube for many years this was the worst. I’ll be looking at places to maintain my car."
