"FWIW. For the good side of things they were smart to offer half priced parking on weekends (Though you need to do that online before you arrive). I got there when they opened and had the car taken care of in good order. Retrieving it was equally fast. Several potentially negatives aspect though. First the garage isn't open 24/7 so keep that in mind. Also since 9/11 (and maybe before? It's been too long now for me to recall) the streets around Wall St have been shut to vehicle traffic. Because of this, getting to the garage isn't the easiest. The garage entrance is small and the entire place feels old and claustrophobic. There is only one way in and out delivery vans tend to park on the street corner making getting out "fun" when it happens. The garage is probably best suited for long term renters who know the facts. So would I park there again? On a weekend when its less busy and with the discount I probably would. Otherwise I would probably steer clear (pun intended)."
"I’d give negative star. Will never use ICON again. Bought $72.50 online parking e-ticket, got 39 Exchange Pl based on their linked direction, and was yelled and pushed out of the place saying it’s only for monthly. Very rude to customers. My first ever complain comment on any commercial stuff."
"Stranded in NYC with my young daughter. Attendant stated I could park for 10 hours for $70 at 5pm. When I returned 7 hours later the garage door were closed. No one answered the door bell, finally someone spoke on the intercom and stated that the guy left, no one was there and they open at 6am come back then. When I called the number on the ticket all I got is an answering machine. Currently sitting in a lobby with my young daughter waiting for the place to open. Waiting to see what they say and what they will charge me. Beyond angry. This is not a minor inconvenience."
