"Arrived at 5:20 am and asked about the early bird special. The attendant acted like he didn't know anything about it. I then saw the sign and pointed it out. He then told me he didn't know how to drive a manual transmission and I had to leave. He was rude like I was bothering him. When I asked if I could park it, he said he was alone and couldn't help me. I had to leave to find another garage. I've parked here before without issue in the same car, and I believe the same attendant. It really messed up my day."

"The late night manager would not accept my spot hero reservation. Argued with me for over 20 minutes way past midnight. Condescending and told me I didn’t belong there. Claimed the garage was only for the people living in the building next to it even tho it is open to the public. I wish I got his name but he was the Sunday night overnight guy on 2/11/24. Showed him several times that spot hero says I’m booked here and that I can’t even rebook because it says I’ve already booked this time."

"Only 1 unfriendly and incompetent attendant. Line of cars trying to get in and a line of people trying to get out. When he finally brings a car out it's the wrong vehicle and belongs to no one. It took us 40 minutes to get our car and leave. On a Sunday. Why?"
